First this Mucinex  is specially formulated to coat your throat and relese a menthol burst.

Also help with headache, fever, control cough, relieves nasal & chest congestion and thins & loosens mucus.

My opinion:  The product really work they help !e in the second dose. I feel my nose more clear and the pressure of my head was less. Thank ti the menthol my nose was clear.

But the menthol is so strong flavor, consider this fact if you are "picky" with the medicines.
